10 Car Delivery Tips

  • 1. Make sure you know about all personal belongings and luggage in the cars for security reasons. Our company and / or carrier will be totally irresponsible for any items and luggage left in the transported vehicles.
  • 2. Make sure that you - the owner, or any person chosen by the owner, are on site to sign the necessary documentation and provide us with the car keys.
  • 3. Please check your car for damage, the driver will also check it before it is loaded.
  • 4. If you are out of the reach of trucks or in central areas, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to deliver or pick up the vehicle from a suitable location near you, such as a petrol station or truck parking lot. Under normal circumstances, we will call you 12-24 hours before the truck is in place. Sometimes you have to move the car to the truck.
  • 5. Your vehicle must be in motion, otherwise additional charges and methods of loading and unloading may apply.
  • 6. You must warn us if your vehicle has been modified in any way, such as raised jeeps, campers, lowered cars ...
  • 7. In car transporting, with a big lorry vehicle carrier, the height is more important than length.
  • 8. The lowest part of the transported cars must be at least 10 cm from the ground so that they can be loaded and unloaded without any problems.
  • 9. We must have your working phone number where we can find you throughout the relocation of your car.
  • 10. Be patient, international transport is not an easy task, unforeseen situations can arise at any time, which can lead to delays and changes in dates. We will always try to keep you informed.
