Q. What's the cost?
A. Shipping a car from UK to Bulgaria and vice versa with a car transporter is far more efficient and cheaper than driving the car. Less wear-and-tear, no cheap motels, cheap food, and of course no missed work days. Let's not forget that if you do not know the condition of the vehicle you are driving it is likely to get unexpected troubles during the journey, which cost quite expensive.
Q. When can it be loaded?
A. Most of our journeys take days, even weeks somethimes and we will try to load your vehicle in a few days (usually not more than 10 days). We have regular car transporting courses troughout Europe, Bulgaria, UK and the coutries between, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee dates as our job depends on drivers, lorries, whether, traffic, bans, borders and other circumstances. As the time approaches we will contact you and / or the sender / receiver to arrange the collection / transfer / delivery. We will take into consideration your requirements and we will try to give you as much as possible time to react.

Q. Need Certain Dates for Pick-Up or Delivery?
A. Unfortunately, the dates depend on many factors, including, but not limited to: drivers, trucks, roads, borders, weather, traffic, restrictions... That is why even if we want to we cannot guarantee dates and that is why we only work with expected dates, not certain dates. For an accurate transit time please contact us.
Q. Timeframe for Pick-Up or Delivery?
A. We do not charge extra for pick-up or delivery in specified dates and as most of the delivery companies we also require a time-frame. Timeframe will vary depending on origin and destination locations. Remember, by law a specific number of miles and hours per day a driver can be in transit. Variables such as severe weather, road conditions, other pick-ups, and deliveries can delay the transit. Please be sure to check if your vehicle is in running order to prevent any delays.
Q. I received my car and it has damage?
A. Please contact us immediately. We need to be notified immediately to file a case number.
Q. Can I put personal items or luggage in my vehicle?
A. BGLondon does NOT deliver and is NOT responsible for any missing from the cars luggage, products, merchandise, personal items, accessories, such as: chargers, USB sticks, cables, memory cards and similar... Be sure to tell the driver if there is any personal items in the transported vehicles. The drivers may accept your personal items and you should arrange all luggage related transport directly with them.
Q. Do you ship inoperable or unusual vehicles, motorcycles and extra parts?
A. Yes. BGLondon.com regularly ships motorcycles, inoperable vehicles, lowered-modified vehicles, exotics, and classic automobiles. Inoperable vehicles must roll and steer and could be subject to an additional fee. Extra parts are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply.

Q. What kind of truck will my car be transported on?
A. On open or closed carriers, trucks like the ones transporting cars to and from the auto dealerships, recoveries, trailers, covered trucks, vans...
Q. What is Clean Hands service?
A. With our Clean Hands service, you will not have to drop-off or pick-up your cargo, BGLondon.com will collect and deliver it from origin to destination, from any sender to any receiver.

Q. What is the date and time of the pick up and / or the delivery?
A. We have a transporter departing from the UK to Bulgaria almost every week, but we only work with expected dates and time, unfortunately, because it all depends on many factors, e.g. drivers, lorries, whether, roads etc. When the time nears we will contact you and / or the sender / receiver to arrange the pick up or the delivery. We do not guarantee dates and time, in any case, even if we’ve given you date and time.
Q. Can I send you the ownership document to your email?
A. In most cases, the ownership document must be given to us together with the cargo.
