4. Need Certain Dates for Pick-Up or Delivery?
Unfortunately, the dates depend on many factors, including, but not limited to: drivers, trucks, roads, borders, weather, traffic, restrictions... That is why even if we want to we cannot guarantee dates and that is why we only work with expected dates, not certain dates. For an accurate transit time please contact us.
5. Timeframe for Pick-Up or Delivery?
We do not charge extra for pick-up or delivery in specified dates and as most of the delivery companies we also require a time-frame. Timeframe will vary depending on origin and destination locations. Remember, by law a specific number of miles and hours per day a driver can be in transit. Variables such as severe weather, road conditions, other pick-ups, and deliveries can delay the transit. Please be sure to check if your vehicle is in running order to prevent any delays.
6. I received my car and it has damage?
Please call us immediately. We need to be notified immediately to file a case number.
7. Can I put personal items or luggage in my vehicle?
BGLondon does NOT deliver and is NOT responsible for any missing from the cars luggage, products, merchandise, personal items, accessories, such as: chargers, USB sticks, cables, memory cards and similar... Be sure to tell the driver if there is any personal items in the transported vehicles. The drivers may accept your personal items and you should arrange all luggage related transport directly with them.
8. Do you ship inoperable or unusual vehicles, motorcycles and extra parts?
Yes. BGLondon.com regularly ships motorcycles, inoperable vehicles, lowered-modified vehicles, exotics, and classic automobiles. Inoperable vehicles must roll and steer and could be subject to an additional fee. Extra parts are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply.

13. What is the date and time of the pick up and / or the delivery?
We have a transporter departing from the UK to Bulgaria almost every week, but we only work with expected dates and time, unfortunately, because it all depends on many factors, e.g. drivers, lorries, whether, roads etc. When the time nears we will contact you and / or the sender / receiver to arrange the pick up or the delivery. We do not guarantee dates and time, in any case, even if we’ve given you date and time.
14. Can I send you the ownership document to your email?
In most cases, the onership document must be presented to us together with the item to be transported.
Please make sure you know what personal items are in the vehicle; this is for safety reasons. Our company and carrier shall be totally unaccountable for any items left in the vehicle.
Please make sure you the owner or any persons selected by the owner are available to sign the proper paperwork and provide us with keys to the vehicle.
Please check your vehicle over and note any damage, the driver will also check the vehicle and have the appointed person sign.
If you are in a small subdivision or in the city we reserve the right to collect or deliver as close as possible. Normally we will call within 12-24 hours to schedule the collection/delivery. However there may be times them have the individual meet the carrier close by i.e... lorry parking lot or petrol station for delivery or pickup.
Your vehicle must be operable. If it is not, additional fees and loading-unloading methods may apply.
You must advise us of any modifications made to your vehicle such as 4×4 lift kit, camper, vehicle lowered, etc...
Your vehicle must have a minimum of 10см ground clearance to safely load and unload your vehicle.
When transporting with a car transporter the height of the vehicles being transported is more important than the length.
We must have a working phone number on which you may be reached throughout the duration of your vehicle relocation.
